What is Rebounding?

Rebounding is a form of exercise performed on a mini-trampoline, often referred to as a rebounder. By combining controlled bouncing movements with strength and cardio elements, rebounding creates a full-body workout that is both dynamic and gentle on the joints.

Unlike traditional high-impact workouts, rebounding uses gravity, acceleration, and deceleration to activate muscles, stimulate circulation, and enhance overall body function—without placing stress on your knees, hips, or spine.

Meet the Coach

Megan Smith

With a strong foundation in both nutrition and fitness, I hold diplomas in Nutrition and Fitness, equipping me with the knowledge to support clients in achieving balanced, healthy lifestyles.

In 2021, I faced a life-changing diagnosis of breast cancer. After undergoing treatment, I stepped away from work for 12 months to focus on recovery. This experience not only strengthened my resilience but deepened my passion for health, wellness, and helping others feel strong in their bodies.

Following my recovery, I founded my own business in Marketing and Fitness, bringing my vision to life through Rebound Training Studios—a brand dedicated to empowering individuals through movement, energy, and holistic wellbeing.

As a qualified Nutritionist, I provide guidance on how food impacts overall health, helping clients build sustainable, healthy eating habits and prevent nutrition-related challenges. As a Rebound Instructor, I am passionate about helping clients improve fitness, lose weight, and embrace a more active, joyful lifestyle through rebounding.
